The Art of Writing Poetry

Join accomplished poet Carol Millner as she reads a selection of her poetry and encourages participants to develop poems of their own in this practical and inspiring workshop.

Carol Millner is an award winning poet and short story writer whose work has been published in journals and anthologies in both Australia and New Zealand.

Her most recent work, Poems About the House was published by Mulla Mulla Press in 2019.

Carol lives in Perth with her three children and contributes to the writing programs at ECU and Curtin, where she is also a doctoral candidate.

Please bring writing materials or a laptop to this workshop.
